    Awful lady called Mandy made us extremely uncomfortable branding my young daughter a potential shoplifter because she was wearing her Disney frozen hoody.What a disgrace won't be using that shop anymore.

    Worst experience with this shop.I've been with bicycle in there, an old man who work there, told me, as I can't in with bicycle, but I've told him as I can't leave it outside, it's very expensive (£).I was outrageous, I've been in a lot of neighborhoods shops around Darlington, nowhere had any kind of this problem.I will never use this RUBISH SHOP again.

    The shop itself is what you'd expect from a One Stop. Has the usual items you expect and is clean. However, some of the staff are horrendous, my interaction with Carole (short blonde haired lady) was terrible. I was nothing but jolly and polite with her and she looked at me like she had just scraped me from her shoe. She was slamming scanners and pens down on the counter, very rude and in future, if I see her working, I'll turn on my heels and leave.In contrast, there is an older lady with dark hair who has worked there for a long time, she is just lovely and just what you'd like to see in a local convenience store.I'd suggest giving some members of staff a pep talk, although sadly, the manager also has the personality of dish cloth!
